Rent payments are usually a percentage of income. Many of these communities include amenities such as a club house/meeting room., library, laundry factilities ,beauty/barber shop, fitness center etc.
So , Look into these housing opportunities for your senior family members and love ones. Follow up in your city and state to help them as much as you can , because , one day soon , Baby Boomers, you may be need a place of your own.
